We want this to be your most unforgettable vacation. Located along scenic Hwy 1 (the most traveled portion in Northern California), ten miles north of Bodega Bay, you have access to all this area has to offer. Walks on the beach, canoe rides, swimming, surfing, bird watching, horseback riding, hiking, sea lion viewing, fine dining, wine tasting.

Sleeps 4-6 upstairs and 2-4 downstairs or a total of 10.

This estate on a ½ acre hillside lot is superbly landscaped. Secluded garden jacuzzi with a panoramic view of the river and ocean. Romantic winding paths, gardens, rock walls, footbridges, a fire pit and patios for outdoor gatherings.

Upstairs: The private home is designed for your comfort. Sleeps 4-6. Two large, sensuous bedrooms with corner sky-lit atriums and fountains for ambiance. Bathe yourself in soothing gold and romantic red hues. Plush comforters, silk pillows, high-end pillow-top beds. Two new, tiled bathrooms with large showers adjoin the bedrooms. Hardwood floors, Persian carpets, antique armoires, fine art.

Professional kitchen faces the dining room with spectacular view of the Russian River as it meets the sea. The brand new state of the art kitchen has all new appliances: large gas stove and oven, family-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, cappuccino maker, complete cookware, and service for 10 people. Wet bar for Sonoma wine tasting!

Large marble-top dining room table seats 8-10 people. Dining room opens to expansive wrap-around decks to bring the party outside. Gas BBQ, deck chairs and tables.

The living room with a panoramic ocean and river view is the perfect spot to watch the sunset, relax and socialize. Queen size sofa bed sleeps two. Small cocktail tables, plenty of seating space on lounge chairs and a gas burning fireplace to cozy up to.

Downstairs: “Casatina” This apartment can be rented separately or with the upstairs unit. Sleeps 2-4. On the ground floor, you have direct access to the gardens with a footbridge to the jacuzzi. Large living room area with river views, gas burning stove, wet bar, hardwood floors. Decorated like a 1920’s Villa: fold-out designer queen sleeper, floral prints, fine carpets, exquisite art.

Elegant bedroom with queen bed and fine bedding, romantic lighting and river views. Comfortable bathroom with large tile shower.

Bookings will be accepted for Casatina (sleeping 2-4) in October 2005 and for Casa Panama in March 2006.
