View Garden Resort is comprised of nine quaint rooms nestled among majestic redwoods
at the edge of the Russian River. Located in the small town of Monte Rio, the
resort is a one and one-half hour drive north of San Francisco, and four miles
west of Guerneville. River View Garden Resort offers five acres of riverfront
property, a sprawling lawn with private beach, large flower garden with walkways,
fountain, and pond. The Resort is within walking distance to the town of Monte
Rio, a golfcourse, theaters, canoe rentals, and restaurant. Just minutes away
from the Wine Country, and the rugged Pacific coast.

ROOMS & RATES
Studio with kitchen, loft, and hot tub: $170/night + tax.
Single Bedroom: $115/night + tax.
Single Studio
with kitchen: $145/night + tax.
Cottage (away from other
studios), sleeps two: $160/night + tax.
(Extra beds available)
If more than two people per room: $15 extra.
Mid-week and off-season rates available.
NO PETS PLEASE.
Visa and MasterCard accepted. All contracts and credit card receipts must be signed
before booking occurs. All reservations are final with a minimum stay of two nights.
A security deposit of $100 is required on all reservations. Deposit is refundable
providing property is left in the condition it was found and no damages have occurred. |

AMENITIES
Studio style units have cable TV, queen-size beds; views of the gardens and river.
Most units come equipped with full kitchens.
Propane and wood burning fireplaces available in some units. Units have private
decks and sofa beds. BBQs and picnic tables on the property for guest use. A separate
cottage is available that offers more privacy.
